Definitely Pat Borders .. he was the backup catcher on the WS roster; never saw any batting action, but he may have caught a late inning or two. I am a triumph of quantity over quality. Indians gold glove shortstop Omar Vizquel dove for the ball, grabbed it, sprung to his feet, and hurled a perfect strike to 1st base just before Johnson arrived.
