Castilla y Leon caught me a bit by surprise. (Students who are not Spanish majors or minors are also welcome to participate!). This program is open to undergraduate students in any major. Castilla is Spanish for the land of castles, which is what Castilla y Leon is known for. This course will introduce students to the heart of Spanish culture through an exploration of the wind-swept plains and cities of the region of Castilla y León.
