Probably one my favorite British film was ROTFS 1 and Just couldn't wait for this one. A good instalment in the series. I wasn't expecting much when I put this on. Better than what I thought after I saw the poor trailer which has to have put a lot of potential viewers off even watching the movie. So I ordered both the sequels. Above all, it is, quite enjoyable!! Defo worth a watch, the main character looked the part still. Since the 2000 film Essex Boys there have been a whole spate of films set around the characters of those killed: Pat Tate, Tony Tucker and Craig Rolfe. I like the sound track. The kind of men who want another man castrated because he slept with his "bird" even though he himself has been banging everything he can get his hands on... You know, them "dirty little cows" not the breeding type. If there was a TV mini-series produced which followed the adventures of Pat, Tony and Craig as they do drug deals, kick lumps out of people and get into various scrapes and capers with plenty of swearing thrown in, I would most definitely watch it. Was really good, 2 was shocking, 1 was the best, 3 has a combination of recalls from 1st film and a good story about Pat tate. Sorry, there was a problem saving your cookie preferences. Absolute terrible film, I'd seen it before and knew that before I bought it, love and own the first film, picked up the second film in Poundland which is watchable at best, my OCD made me buy the 3rd installment just to look good on my shelf. Keep making movies m8 and I loved the Mercedes and Hugo boss shirts! This isn't exactly the Godfather, but if you're in the mood for a wonderfully puerile, ridiculously violent and dark-humoured movie, then give it a go. Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 February 2019. - seriously if Tom Hardy or Ray Winstone had played this role the critics would be screaming from the roof tops of how marvellous they were. Thoroughly enjoyed Pat Tate mannerism and the sound track is great. Graig Fairbrass absolutely nailed it with his portrayal of Pat Tate in this movie. Disabling it will result in some disabled or missing features. Awards The excellent Larry Lamb and Roland Manookian add further weight to the brilliant cast with their portrayals of Frank Harris and Graig Rolfe respectively. If you are a PR person or a band wanting to get some words written about you, contact the individual writer directly. Nice cameos from Jamie Foreman and Shaun Ryder too. We love the Rise of the Footsoldier movies. I really couldn’t imagine anyone playing the part better than Fairbrass did. Foreman as gang boss Sam too had appeared for many years in ‘Eastenders’. Leave it alone. Prime members enjoy fast & free shipping, unlimited streaming of movies and TV shows with Prime Video and many more exclusive benefits. Contains some cracking humour (The swimming pool scene, Cheese) but plenty of violence as expected. © 2018 GLASSWERK. For the British gangster film the moment that has defined a myth were the Rettendon murders of three Essex based gangsters who ruled the roost in their manor with their Ecstasy drug imports from the Netherlands and the nightclubs they ran in Southend. Craig your acting in rise of footsoilder3 the violence the clothes the soundtrack it's all first class bloody Oscar performance m8. Either way it only adds to the folk hero mythology as the Krays had done to a previous generation. Was expecting more screen time for Billy Murray as Mickey Steele but never mind. We see what happened to Pat when he was absent from the part one storylines such as when he was in prison, and when he fled to Spain. This concentrates on Pat Tate’s involvement. He would make such an awesome Punisher, I mean he is Frank Castle or even Negan in the Walking Dead. | Craig Fairbrass is always entertaining to watch as Pat Tate. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. It reminded me of a kind of parody of a gangster movie, a bit like the Fast Shows "It's a Right Royal Cockney Barrel Of Monkeys"!!
